2009-2010 Global Debates Final Prize 

Who can win?

This year, the top ten schools (5 U.S. and 5 International*), who have actively participated in the fall and spring Global Debates points system have the chance to win some amazing prizes! 

*Please note, for the 5 final prize international spots, we will only accept one winning school per country. 

What can my school win?

The two highest ranking U.S. teams and two highest ranking international teams will win an all-expenses* paid trip to IDEA's 2010 Youth Forum (7/22 to 8/4) in the Netherlands.  A team is consistent of four students and two teachers per school.

The remaining six schools will win UN Foundation grants ($2,000) to support your school's climate change initiatives. In addition, if your team is interested in attending IDEA's Youth Forum, we will give you 50% off registration fees.

*All-expenses paid includes registration, airfare and accomodations.  Spending money will not be covered.
