Office of Sustainability Project

Ann Cashell is a senior at Miami University in Ohio. After a student training program through Greenpeace, Ann began working to bring more sustainable practices to the school and student body.  Working with her university's Presidential Green Task Force, she hopes to implement a full time position as Head of Sustainability on her campus. In the meantime, she is working with the Task Force on switching to more sustainable lighting in the academic buildings, as well as reduce campus energy use and plastic waste.
